Mr. Scutti is Director of Safety and Health with Dale Co. He is responsible for Construction Safety Training, Residential and Commercial Construction Management, Property Management, Fall Protection Systems, Motorized Vehicles, Expert of State and Federal Construction Federal Regulations 1926-OSHA. Mr. Scutti is a 1993 graduate of LaSalle University. He is a U.S. U.S. Dept. of Labor-OSHA, Authorized Trainer.
Mr. Scutti is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council, Advisory Board; the American Society of Safety Engineers; a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the Merck-West Point Construction Safety Committee, Professional Member; the Board of Directors of the National Italian-American Political Action Committee (NIA-PAC).
