KENNETH R. VENNERA
Kenneth R. Vennera is currently General Counsel for a public company. He has been a practicing attorney for over 12 years, and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania (1994), New Jersey (1994), Washington, D.C (1996) and New York (2000). Mr. Vennera has extensive experience handling mergers and acquisitions, all manner of corporate governance issues, securities work including compliance with the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act of 1934 and public and private offerings of securities. He has previously served as a senior corporate and securities associate in the New York office of a Pittsburgh-based national law firm, 2000-2002, as well as in-house counsel and in the tax department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, 1997-1999.

Mr. Vennera is a dual citizen (U.S.-Italy/E.U.) and is proficient in Italian.
Education: Mr. Vennera has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, (1989), a J.D. from the Widener University School of Law (1994) and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Villanova School of Law (1997). Mr. Vennera was Research Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
